Personal and Professional Development Groups Group sessions are closed groups of 5-6 people and last for six weeks. Requires an Initial Therapeutic Assessment session to determine personal goals. Topics include, but are not limited to, stress reduction, addictive behaviors, team building, conflict resolution, and more.
